what is the importance of chemistry in industrial fields

Virtually everything in daily use involves chemistry.
The dyes on your bedding and normal clothes, soap and shower gels in the bathroom,
Toothpaste.
Breakfast cereals, toast actually involves chemistry.
Paints, plastics, lubricants on your bike/car.
The paper and the ink in newspapers and comics require complex chemical processes.
Most of the furniture in the home and workplace consists of materials that have a degree of chemical input, either as plastics, paints, glues, etc.
Burning fuels involves chemical process.
WITHOUT the understanding of chemicals and chemistry we would be back to the stone age.
Even the early bronze age needs some understanding to convert oxides to the metals
