WHAT IS THE MEDIVAL PERIOD OF INDIAN HISTORY ?

The medieval period of Indian history starts with the eighth century A.D. and ends with the eighteenth century A.D.During this long time period different dynasties rose in power and took a commanding role in the Indian medieval history. India was separated as various small kingdoms from north to south and east to west and those kingdoms were ruled by different independent kings.
