WHAT ARE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS?

The Fundamental Rights are the rights set up by the Indian constitution for the fullest development of human beings and the rights are not left to the wishes of the rulers. These rights are protected, ensured and guaranteed by the constitution. The rights are as follows.
1. Right to Equality.
2. Right to Freedom.
3. Right against Exploitation.
4. Right to freedom of religion.
5. Cultural and Educational Rights.
6. Right to Constitutional Remedies.
