what is an ideal current source&practical current source
In circuit theory, an ideal current source is a circuit element where the current through it is independent of the voltage across it. 

A practical current source holds the current through it nearly constant, while changing the voltage it takes to do this as needed, over some range (called the voltage compliance). Low current change with high voltage change implies a high internal dynamic impedance.
