What are the pecularities of a tangent
The tangent to a circle is a line in the plane of the circle that intersects the circle
in exactly one point. The point where the tangent touches the circle is the
point of tangency.
A tangent has two defining properties

    A tangent touches a circle in exactly one place.
    The tangent intersects the circle's radius at a 90° angle
