In a seminar the number of participants in Hindiand Mathematics are 60,84and108respectively.Find the minimum number of rooms required,where in each room the same number of participants are to be seated;and all of them being in the same subject.Please explain the answer.
find the H.C.F. of 60,84 and 108 i.e. 12
so in each room the no. of participants wiil be 12
total no. of participants = 60 + 84 + 108 = 252
no of rooms = 252 / 12 = 21
