SIR,PLASTICS ARE VERY DANGEROUS AND USEFUL.WE CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT IT.BUT IF THE PLASTIC BAG HAS BEEN TORN WE WILL BURN IT OR THROW IT AWAY.IF WE THROW IT,IT WILL BE NOT GOOD TO NATURE. IT MAY LED TO SOIL EROSION OUR LOSS OF FERTILITY.IF WE BURN IT, IT WILL CREATE SOME DANGEROUS GASES.THEN HOW CAN WE PREVENT ALL THESE PROBLEMS?
Do not use plastic carry  bags as they do not degrade completely. It changes from one form to another by burning. Scientists are doing research to find out an organism which degrades plastics.
Use jute bags instead ,which is completely degradable.
