1. There are 15 bananas. They are arranged in 5 groups. If the groups contains equal number of bananas, then find number of bananas in each group?
Total number of bananas = 15
Number of groups = 5
Number of bananas in each group = 15 ÷ 5 = 3.
2. There are 25 one rupee coins and 5 boys. If they shared the coins equally. Find the number of coins each boy will get?
Total number of coins = 25
Number of boys = 5
Number of coins each boy will get = 25 ÷ 5 = 5.
3. Anitha’s teacher brings 30 meters of ribbon and divides it equally among 10 girls in her class. Find how much ribbon will each girl get?
Total length of the ribbon = 30
Number of girls = 10
Length of the ribbon each girl get = 30 m ÷ 10 = 3 m.

10. Two friends got three 20 rupee notes from the shop. What will each get if they divide it into two equal parts?
Three 20 rupee notes = 3 × 20 = 60 Rupees
60 ÷ 2 = 30, So each will get Rs.30.
