But very little agriculture is possible in Ladakh since this region does not receive any rain and is covered in snow for a large part of the year.

•  People of India celebrate different festivals, such as Holi, Diwali, Id, Guru parv, Christmas, Baisakhi, etc.
•  People of India practise different religions, such as Hinduism, Islam, Sikhism, Christianity, etc
•  People of India wear different types of clothes, such as saree - blouse, kurta-pyjama, shirt-pant ,dothi etc.
